We are here to help you look after your property when you can't be there, to be hands on and help with managing your property if you use direct on line sites to find your guests and we offer a full private catering service to fit the needs of each client

With a wealth of experience in both Property Management and Private catering we are here to assist in many aspects of looking after your property.
This may simply be for your own property here that you never let out but leave locked up and need someone to check from time to time that everything is safe and ticking over, the pool man is actually turning up when he says he will and that the property is secure. We can work our service for each client on a bespoke basis to help oversee works and if involved in properties that are let out from time to time to guests ensure that the turnarounds run smoothly, keys safe, properties cleaned, laundry change overs taken care of etc. We have helped clients oversee refurbishments as well and have built up a good reliable list of local contractors with whom we work with.
We often find that guests renting your property may wish to employ "in house" catering for part or all of their stay and we can offer this from the supermarket run to stock the fridge, planning menus as discussed and then cooking "in-house" thus allowing them to enjoy their break. Often even when on a "self catering" holiday we find many guests don't want to cook every meal or eat out. You may even want to consider this service for yourself so why not give us a call for your own catering needs?
